In the Discover Phase we will learn everything we can about your company to ensure that your web design project is a success. To learn more about your company and web design expectations, we utilize three distinct tools: first, we will conduct usability testing on the current website to find opportunities to improve the layout and flow that visitors take, as well as to identify areas of strength on the current website; second, we will perform a competitor analysis of other related websites to discover opportunities are that you may not yet be aware of; lastly, we will install sophisticated web analytics onto your website (heatmapping, user surveys, and video analytics), in addition to improving your traffic reporting through Google Analytics.
